Uh huh. There is light rail connectivity now. HARDLY ANYONE USES IT ANYMORE. New cars won't make a difference, but they're sure expensive.

You have to expand the network so that more people use it because it goes to more places that people want to go. I agree that new cars by themselves won't make a difference.

I`m sure that a lot of people using rt. 28 would like an alternative to driving.

The people using route 28 want everyone else to stop driving so they can drive faster. But they won't stop driving themselves or pay any taxes to get others an alternative.
