What ever happened to having a friend or family member drop you off at the airport?

Works sometimes, but I don't like to inconvenience my friends that way. If I knew someone who lived over that way and worked downtown, something like that, maybe that wouldn't be too bad. My mother thinks nothing of getting people to drive her about an hour (each way) to Washington Dulles, but I just don't like doing things like that unless it's a real emergency or something. Saving 35 bucks (which is what it cost me to park on the trip I just got back from a couple days ago) is not such an emergency.

If only one of us is going, then the other drops off. We only have one car after all.

Doesn't USAir still have 2 or 3 nonstops to Boston?

Sure enough they do! I really thought those disappeared sometime in 2009. Maybe they just weren't available when I was checking for some things a while back. I prefer JetBlue anyway, but having more flight time options sometimes can be useful.

Glad to help! But let's check back in a year--by then USAir may well have eliminated them...
