I'm not sure this term is used much anymore, but here in America we regard "cooth" as almost a moral imperative. For gosh sakes, if you're gonna take a yacht trip, do it out of sight of your detractors. A little bit of "cooth" is well advised during a time like this.
But I thought BP wanted to handle this all on their own, without the help of anyone.
I mean honestly, BP should be held responsible. They are the ones who built the rig without meeting proper engineering codes and regulations.

1. bp didnt "build" the rig...it was built by south korea,,,and its first leasey was not BP
2. the US DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, is the one who awards the leases, and controlls (ie regulates) the safety of the rigs, through their department the MMS (who obamy FIRED the head of)
3. BP's responsibility ends with the rig and controlling flow of oil......the PROTECTION of the SHORE, falls strictly on the POTUS
4. obamas OWN MMS AWARDED a safetey award to the very same rig just last year
5. as far as 'tony hayward' he was RELIEVED of his duties for this spill...so he being on a yacht...is a non-issue
