That is not the reason but it says a lot about the Dems controlling the city. Just look at the election after Katrina when the man most responsible for people not being shipped out before the flood getting re-elected mayor. I never did find that to be a bit funny or intelligent. Maybe most of the Dems didn't know that he was in on drawing up the evacuation plan that he failed to put to use.

If Republicans really gave a rats ass about voter fraud they'd give us a paper trail. They don't care about voter fraud at all. They only want an ID required because it will most likely be the lower income people AKA mostly Democratic voters, who don't have one

When you vote using a Diebold voting machine you have no garuntee at all that you're vote went to the person you really voted for. Sure you might have pulled the lever that reads OBAMA but did the vote really go to him? How do you know? Because they said so? You don't think those machines could be programmed so that for example every 3rd, 4th, or 5th Democratic vote goes to the Republican? Of course it could.

Of course, it's completely understandable that a billion dollar industry could be corrupted and used to throw national elections without a single shred of evidence or anyone from the inside leaking information... but it's outrageous to think that someone might vote twice in a single election.

MN proved that you can fit a couple thousand votes in the trunk of a car, there are many ways to steal elections.

Can you name one other circumstance where you would give a stranger as much trust as you do Diebold?

Where the hell do you think there would be any evidence at all?? It only takes one person to program it. Do you have this much trust in all your dealings? Never ask for a receipt or anything, you just trust them???

I don't

Why not when i vote?Shouldnt every citizen have ID?
Are you allowed to have a receipt when you buy that cold medicine? In fact are you told what the price is? Or do you just fork over your credit card and let them run it through the machine and then just give it back to you without any receipt? I mean you do trust them right?

Geez, in Nevada they dropped off machines to a location that wasn't a listed polling place and picked them up later. Wonder which way those union guys voted...hmmmm.
