Why? Is it because of their culture?

Not sure why you singled out the burbs , but apparently the poor things are bored since none of them work anymore.

Meth is a Rural Drug , not a Suburb Drug. Heroin is a Suburb drug.....its becoming a big problem on Long Island.

I think you are 100% correct.

Not entertainment either.

I am 40.

When I was a kid we had cows to take care of, haul hay, clean the barn.

When we were done for a few hours we were happy to have a little time to ride bikes or, play games.

Going swimming was a BIG treat.

They are easy targets for drug dealers, if they can reach one kid in a group they can easily add several more "clients" by using the kid to push these drugs on to peers. This is what make marijuana look like a gateway drug. If the feds legalized pot it may give kids a better understanding of why thses harder drugs are illegal. When kids use weed it gives them the idea that they were lied to about the others as well and are more likely to use them as well.

It is because you can get almost the same high and for much longer than cocaine at a much cheaper price.

I think it depends on what part of the country you are in. In some suburbs in the South and Midwest Meth is much more prevalent than Heroin.

No, it's because meth lab space in the big cities is too expensive.

They're spoiled and speed helps them party all night, plus it's being glamorized by the media.
