Guess we'll see just how far his image will be repaired....
His National chairman just recently came out gay and said that Bush campaign used hatred of gays to win re-election in 2004 with bush's approval. sounds like rehabilitation of Bush's character to me.
"Dubya, meanwhile, slunk out of Washington with an approval rating of 22 percent, the least popular president in 70 years."
With approval that low there is nowhere to go but up

Thats a pretty sad cop out.. Thats like saying that Hitlers approval rating has no where to go but up..
Btw, hows the Democratic Congressional approval rating going?

I understand there are alot of Bush haters, and that is fine. This is America and you are entitled to your opinion. Like I said, we'll see how history portrays his administration. Also, there really is no need to demonize his children. Same goes for any politicans family(and yes that includes Obama's).

But then there is Jeb. Friends of mine who are avid Bush supporters, tell me, he'll never run for president. I'm doing a wait and see, to know if that is true.
Bush led through an all democratic congress, every time I think about it, I just go wow.
I started out not liking him because of his expansion of presidential powers, but in the end, I liked him, because I saw he stood unwavering under pressure on his principles. A person can't cave into the American people every time the wind blows a different direction, cause America is fickle as the day is long.
Ha, we don't know what we want, we just know we want something.
Obama's failing is making Bush look better. I think people had a low expecatation of Bush and so weren't overly disappointed with him. They had much higher expectations of Obama and have been greatly disappointed with him. Obama probably just gave the republicans another 8 or 12 years of the Whitehouse.
