I see he's been re-elected at least three times and there has been one recall failure. Apparently those lawsuits (which ones has he lost?) don't bother those who decide whether he keeps his job sufficiently for them to vote him out.

He has withheld vital information on his spending and the law says this information should be public knowledge.
He has given his crony officials credit cards w/exorbitant limits, he has spent money on sending his top dogs on vacations under the guise of 'looking for drugs' in freakin Honduras. The pictures of them on the beach drinks in hand are proof of this.
If he had nothing to hide, he should abide by the law himself & opened his books & been accountable to the people of this county. period.
