The husband of the mayor of the town I was living in at the time.

A friend's neighbor.

Lots of other people in the immediate area where I grew up and lived at the time-- in the NYC metro area.

I was watching the History channel today and one person who worked in the WTC said he went to 40 funerals for people that he knew that died in it.
