You have to see this as the global mafia that it is .... you've got the heads who are never seen or heard about (Rothschilds, and others who own the financial systems) ... then you have the territory bosses (Bilderbergers) who issue the marching orders given to them ... you have the captains CFR-TC who implement those orders.

Take a close look at any of the so called political "leaders" almost without exception, they are either members of the CFR or TC, or both. IF they are members, they are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Thanks for the translation.

You make a compelling argument to shut our nation off from all other nations and rebuild it from within.

13th Amendment abolished slavery in the United States of America.

Supreme court ruled that compulsory civic duties (i.e., militia duty - conscription) is NOT involuntary servitude banned by the 13th amendment.

Did you recall when you knowingly volunteered to be obligated to perform civic duties - and suffer penalties for your failure?

Either conscription is involuntary servitude (which the supremes say it isn't) or you volunteered.

Either you have a right to life, liberty and property or you waived your rights, and became obligated to train, fight, and die on command.

If you do not know, you do not know which government you serve.
Art 4, Sec 4, USCON promises us a "republican form of government". But few Americans know what that means. I didn't, despite education up to graduate school.
GOVERNMENT (Republican Form of Government)- One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, to whom those powers are specially delegated.
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, P. 695
In case you are befuddled by legalese, the definition is saying the people are the sovereigns (have absolute power), and directly exercise that sovereignty (over their domain - private property) and can delegate certain powers to representatives (i.e, sheriff, ambassador) to help secure their rights (Declaration of Independence).

However, you may have noticed that the government is acting like it is sovereign over you. You are correct, it has been, for generations. But the reason is that you changed your form of government to democratic form.
"DEMOCRACY - That form of government in which the sovereign power resides in and is exercised by the whole body of free citizens directly or indirectly through a system of representation, as distinguished from monarchy, aristocracy, or oligarchy."
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, P. 432
In the democratic form, the "whole body of free citizens" (by majority vote) indirectly exercises sovereignty through a system of representation (the elected government).

What you may not have realized, is that citizenship is a voluntary choice, and is not imposed at birth. That's how civic duties are NOT involuntary servitude / slavery banned by the 13th amendment.
CITIZEN - ... Citizens are members of a political community who, in their associative capacity, have established or submitted themselves to the dominion of government for the promotion of the general welfare and the protection of their individual as well as collective rights.
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Ed. p.244

SUBJECT - One that owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by his laws.
...Men in free governments are subjects as well as citizens; as citizens they enjoy rights and franchises; as subjects they are bound to obey the laws. The term is little used, in this sense, in countries enjoying a republican form of government.
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, p. 1425

"... the term 'citizen,' in the United States, is analogous to the term "subject" in the common law; the change of phrase has resulted from the change in government. ... he who before was a "subject of the King" is now a citizen of the State."
State v. Manuel, 20 N.C. 144 (1838)
A subject citizen and a sovereign person are mutually exclusive.

What proof exists that the American people are the sovereigns?
It will be admitted on all hands that with the exception of the powers granted to the states and the federal government, through the Constitutions, the people of the several states are unconditionally sovereign within their respective states.
Ohio L. Ins. & T. Co. v. Debolt 16 How. 416, 14 L.Ed. 997

In America, however, the case is widely different. Our government is founded upon compact. Sovereignty was, and is, in the people.
[ Glass vs The Sloop Betsey, 3 Dall 6 (1794)]

Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.
[Yick Wo vs Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 370 (1886)]

"The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union, the free inhabitants of each of these states...shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states;"
[Article IV of the Articles of Confederation (1777)]
Note: the government recognizes that there are free inhabitants (sovereigns) who are not free citizens (subjects).

The republican form, promised to all Americans, by the U.S. Constitution, is the one in which the people are the sovereigns, served by government, that was instituted to secure their rights and govern those who consent...

The "rest of the story" is that citizenship was always a voluntary assertion, and could only be imposed at birth upon slaves (involuntary servants). . . but we all know that the 13th amendment outlawed slavery IN THE STATES.... not in the Federal government.

Now you may begin to be very puzzled and confused.
GOOD.

For you will have to do some unpleasant reading at your local county courthouse law library. Do not believe me. Go read the law for yourself.

Look up the following pairs in a legal reference, and you will have an education far beyond what the propaganda ministry ever wanted you to have.

national v. citizen
sovereign v. subject
individual v. person
inhabitant v. resident
domicile v. residence
natural liberty v. civil liberty
personal liberty v. political liberty
private property v. estate (real and personal property)
absolute ownership v. qualified ownership
natural rights v. human rights

In short, the American people, aka American nationals, are sovereigns. They are domiciled upon their private property, absolutely owned, and protected from being taken for public use without just compensation (lawful money - not wastepaper notes). And they possess natural and personal liberty, as well as all natural rights.

But for those poor U.S. citizens / residents residing at residences, duly enumerated and regulated, they can only hold estate, for which they must pay a tax for their qualified ownership, and are obligated to perform civic duties or suffer punishment.

Do not believe me - go read the law for yourself.
Then you will no longer be easily fooled by "public servants" partisanship notwithstanding.
