Many years ago an old man told me this... (Ike era)
Republicans build jails and pass laws to help the rich and corporate entities and the Democrats pass laws that benefit humans and like to build schools and roads.
Some things never change.
Things are still similar today. One big difference now though is that the liberals let the Republicans do what ever they want. They no longer fight for middle America. At least not half as hard as the Republicans do for the elite. Liberals SAY they are going to help the people while Republicans ACTUALLY help out the rich.
you are partially right, we do need health care reform, just not what the democrats foisted on us. you are wrong however that the republicans dont want real health care reform, they do. in fact they tried in the last two years to get their voices heard, but they were drowned out by the democrats claiming they were the party of no.
Oh, no, the republicans had a lot of input in the legislation. When some of their ideas got incorporated, they still voted no anyway.
I think the stubborn donkey mascot fits the repubs better than dems these days..

Yes. We have more Americans in jail now than any other country. Its great for the elite 2% who want to wipe out the middle class. No entitlement or food for the poor....maybe they can build another Dauchau or Auschwitz. heard they are alredy doing internement camps built by Halliburton
And if you truly feel that the Dems have our best interest in mind, you are only fooling yourselves, The only thing either party has in store for us, is what is best suited for themselves.
Politicians both parties, are not in love with the American People that much, that everything that they do, is centered around making life for us better. It is getting things done their way, their time, their agendas, whether we agree or not. One look at Obama and that is apparent.

What gets me are the publicly owned stock in private prisons. Something just does not ring right about that.

Sure they do so the crumb snatching middle class can prosper. It's called "The Trickle down Effect".
