There's no death penalty in Britain. I thought people in the position of royalty were exempt from being sentenced in cases like this? So if they can't send him to jail, then they can send him to his nation of origin. They have their own justice there.

But if the were to return to Saudi, then he wouldn't be punished for the act of murder, it would be because he's gay. But it's still justice even if they say he's being killed for being gay. He murdered someone so the judgment would be just.

Murder is punishable by death under Sharia law. He would not escape beheading if he was not a homosexual. If he was traveling on a diplomatic passport (likely) he would be exempt from British law and would be deported.

Hmmm... no wonder he did not deny killing his servant in UK court.

The news is spinning this story to make the public believe that it is because of his homosexuality that he would be executed for - they don't speak of the act of murder being against Sharia Law.

They're going to spin this and make a gay martyr out of this psychopath.

The Sharia makes no exceptions for royalty.
So are you making a bold-faced lie here and saying that Saudi Arabia does NOT execute homosexuals? And of course, if it was a woman he murdered, that would be just dandy, no problem.

I say nothing of the kind. If he killed a woman the penalty is the same: beheading. Why do you seem so upset about this? Just look up murder and Sharia and read for yourself.

You sidestepped the question of executing people for being born gay. Also, "honor-killing" of women is murder.

"The defendant used his position of power over the victim to gratuitously inflict violence upon him over a long period of time. After the victim's body was discovered he made every effort to evade justice," lead investigator John McFarlane said in the police statement. The detective also noted that al Saud attempted to claim diplomatic immunity, but the U.K. does not entitle him that privilege.
So he cannot claim diplomatic immunity and will probably not be deported to Saudi.

He'll face sentencing there in the UK.

I guess he'll just do some time in Brittan.
But if he were sent back to Arabia & they killed him for being gay how exactly does that concern the rest of the world? These people are the same ones that aired jounalists getting beheaded & nothing was done, but there should be an uproar when they do something their religion requires? So much for religious freedom eh.
