It's sad that so many of you don't know the difference between yelling something inappropriate at a State of the Union address and muttering something inappropriate at a caucus meeting.

The only reason you're excusing his behavior is because he's a democrat, simply put. Anything else is just spinnnnnnnn.
DICK Cheney is not a Democrat.

No doubt. It was a speech, not the State of the Union.

Here's what YOU posted:

Since DICK is the one I said used the F word.....

AND anyone who is naive(stupid) enough to believe that swear words haven't been uttered by politicians since the start of this country is BLIND and DEAF.

Get over it....BIG people swear....and some serial killers and child molesters don't...so what's your point?

No biggie...in the South Korean parliament they regularly get into fist fights on the floor.

My mistake.

Regardless, a televised speech to congress is not at all similar to a caucus meeting.

You might hate your future sister in law, and say f- her about her behind closed doors, but would you yell out "YOU'RE A WH*RE" to her at her wedding?

For God's Sakes, this thread is not about Cheney, it's about the unidentified DEMOCRAT that hurled the F-bomb at the president.

Stop trying to deflect. And I don't personally care who swears, all I'm saying is that you should not state that people "like us" swear. Trust me, you and I are polar opposites. Just because you have the mouth of a truck driver, does not mean that the F-bomb is widely acceptable by mainstream Americans. Do you see the F-Bomb being used on public access TV?
