Schultz is not a leftist. He's a schill, somebody who promotes somehing strictly based on his being paid to do so. He WAS a conservative radio talk show host until it became clear he'd never get anywhere with the competition in that business. So he sold out and joined the far left.
Even Rush doesn't believe everything he says, he just says it for the money it makes him. Almost nobody believes 100% in what they say in that business. That includes the cable TV pundits as well.
If you think that Ed Schultz is a far leftist you have a very poor understanding of the political spectrum.
I have never heard of him before, nore have I ever watched MSNBC, but he seems to be a lunatic - a stark raving mad lunatic. And BTW, the use of the word bastard was the least offensive, and least-erroneous then he spewed in his tantrum.
The shame is that many people are like this Ed , you throw a couple facts at them and they call you names . They call Republicans names , as if they know politicians , as if Obama is there friend or Son or something. They are just a little off and seem to need medication when speaking about politics.
I am a leftist. There are NO leftists allowed on US TV.
Television is conservative propoganda, people like Ed Schultz have to swim upstream everyday, versus jumping in the river and floating along with the current in a river filled with formulaic crap
Ed needs to grow up and put on his big boy underpants.
Or trying just being a big boy and going commando.
