After the Hyde Amendment was signed into law, Medicaid benefits for low-income women no longer covered abortion. In addition, health plans for federal employees, military personnel, and women in federal prisons ceased paying for abortion procedures. In 1981, the Hyde Amendment was revised to allow Medicaid to cover abortions that were deemed necessary to save the life of the mother, and in 1993 the law was further relaxed to allow federally- funded abortions in cases of rape and incest. Several states resisted the new exceptions to the Hyde Amendment, but were ordered to comply by federal courts even if the state's laws on abortion was more restrictive than the federal law.
How about mom and pops realizing the 22 year old loser dressing in Columbine style killer clothes, and can't even pass a military mental exam, needed a check up from the neck up.
I haven't heard anything about Uncle Fester holding a job. Did mom and dad pay for the gun and ammo then? Who bought his weed?
Parents are more than likely as nuts as he, just higher functioning nuts!! Why do I say this ?Because they would have to been in another "world" not to have noticed that kid We all saw in the mugshot was bat@#$%!
Abortions would not be covered under National Health Care.
Darn. Price vs. cost comes into play here. What 's the cost of an abortion vs. the price of cradle to grave services such as section 8, wic, Medicaide, food stamps, and so on. A conundrum indeed.....
So what? Do schools routinely say "We're gonna kick you out so you should have a psych eval"....."But since we don't have National Healthcare....well, have a nice day then". Ridiculous!
BTW: how do you know he didn't have other coverage?

My point exactly! He lived at home. How could mom and dad be so clueless? They share some of the blame in this. Just because your kid is over 18 doesn't mean that you don't still have a moral responsibility for him. They couldn't have missed that shrine in the backyard, with the skull and rotten oranges in the flower pot. If one of MY kids would have set something up like that...

That's pretty much exactly what happened... Well... Let's see... did he have Medical Coverage?...

POS 70 something car that looks like it's ready to fall apart in the driveway
Crappy, unkept yard
Shack that looks about ready to fall down
