That is, humouring your premise, which is on its face facile. Black people aren't immigrants and have an entirely different set of historical circumstances, and people who speak no English here aren't typically legal immigrants. Our actual immigrants are quite well acclimated into our multicultural society. Ditto for Canada.
The collapse of social services is a myth that only you stupid westerners believe (maybe they will need to get reformed, but they won't collapse). Shrinking populations? China's population has increased by 100 million in the last decade (and I believe this is a gross underestimate because a lot of the Chinese who have more than one child don't report it because of the stupid "one-child" policy). The South Korean government is going to soon enact reforms that will encourage women to have more children (in fact, the only reason the birth rates originally dropped, was because the government told them to do so! So that the country's population wouldn't grow too much, too fast during their economic explosion).
Every country that wants to fix it's demographics can do it by itself without any immigration (anybody who says otherwise is just spouting gay-liberal propaganda), Russia a couple of years ago enacted a pro-fertility policy, and their TFR has increased from 1.2 in 2006 to 1.8 in 2010 and it is expected to reach replacement level (2.1) around 2015., so if that does happen in 2015., it will mean the that less than a decade in enough to turn the demographic trend totally around and fix the problem completely.
If the Koreans and Japanese want so solve their demographic "problems" without immigration, don't worry, they will, even if that means having to make robots to help the elderly who need it! Besides, to assume that just because some country has a low TFR now, that it will stay the same for the next 50 years is stupid, things can change quite quickly, all that is needed is will, as I have shown in Russia's case.
I wasn't talking just about the USA (and btw, even in the USA there are modern day black immigrants who came to your country by their own free will, not all of the blacks in the USA are descendants of slaves), the blacks in France, the Netherlands, Spain, etc. came there by their own free will, nobody forced them to come there.
The illegals are in your countries because your governments don't do anything about it, because you westerners tolerate both your governments incompetence and the very presence of the illegals.

It's also successful in Canada, Singapore, Malyasia, Indoneisa, and one of the biggest emerging market economies in the world is Brazil. It would be ridiculous to say these countries haven't experienced problems but for the most part people live side by side in harmony.
