Show us where all these rich people, you have such sympathy for, left the country to a significant degree?

You can't do that because it's a right wing myth.
The conservative elites have convinced the peasants that giving Bill Gates a tax break will improve their lives.

Why don't explain to us how taxes are beneficial to the economy?

Well I wasn't rich by any means but when I found working over time meant I went home with less pay than if i worked 40 hours, I quit working over time.

The rich hire guys like the guys i work for, spending 40,000 bucks a pop for a machine with out blinking any eye. Last week one called and wanted to know if 12 metal controll boxes that cost 14,000 bucks each with out a wire or relay was a good idea.

We are lucky they are spending, and if we tax then at 100% or anything much over their tax rate now they will just dry up. What point is there in investing if you lefties are just going to take it away.

What the hell is it you lefties get anyway?

We should tax the rich at 0% and be happy for it. Let them spend, they loose if the idea is no good. Let that be enough.

The damnned Govt sure doesn't know how to spend taxes properly in the first place.

You don't need data and links to know that. Any old country fool knows that.

Taxes pay for teachers, firefighters, police officers, the military, road, bridges, tunnels, communication infrastructure, clean air, clean soil, clean water, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, cancer research, and the Internet.

Move to Somalia if you don't like taxes.

All net drains that could be better accomplished through privatization.
Thanks for making my point.

We should tax the rich at 0% and who needs all that fancy "objective data" to answer complex government policy questions?

Especially, when they have Glenn Beck and Hannity to give them all that "country wisdom" ...LOL

[ That's about the most perfect example of a right wing post as you can get. ]

The military, police, fire dept, and teachers are a net drain on society?

Wow. Someone is a good little Beck and Limbaugh ditto-head. No thinking required, just repeat what your masters tell you.

The federal government is involved in police and teacher hiring also.

Funny you didn't mention the military.
