This man was silent during the Bush years, like all the rest of the Republicans. Where was the outrage to the spending that Bush was doing? Why ignore that reality and its collosal negative impact to slash the living daylights out of education? Education was ignored during the Bush years, now he wants to slash it, pretending as if the GOP didn't bring us to this mess? This is the beginning of the end to the GOP. I sense a total annihilation of Republican candidates come 2012. Way to eliminate yourselves, Pubs.

Too funny. Ok, let me walk you through this.

What country spend the most per capita on education? Yup, the US.

Who is screaming for more money? Yup the unions.

Where does the US rank in the world on academic achievment? 21 out of 30.

I would say the educational establishment is on the verge of elimination. Thanks goodness, now we can focus on what is best for the kids.

It could be...I sense a Terry Shiavo fiasco where the GOP just took it too far. Let's hope.

Liberals are picking and grinning to find a negative.

So happens the GOP is growing since Obama which is a great thing.

Obama is our cheerleader, the more he screws up the larger the GOP grows and the radical obstructionist party grows smaller.

Why cant liberals understand you cannot spend money you do not have?

Drinking that much kool-aide cannot be healthy.

The democrats/fleebaggers are seeing their demise as per the latest election and the dismantling of the destructive unions. The GOP will continue to rise and will work hard to restore this country back to what it once was. The day of entitlement living is going bye bye!

Scott Walker and the WI state Republicans campaigned on this very issue. They won the election among Wi voters and have now come into power and are implementing the very agenda they campaigned on. Why this is such a shocker for people is beyond me.

Didn't stop walker from bankrolling the rich and jacking up other government job salaries through the roof to the tune of 140 million to his cronies.
Didn't stop McConnell and Boehner threatening to shut down the government unless they got their oh so precious tax cuts for the rich extension to the tune of 700 billion.
The right spend like drunken maniacs and when the bill comes in, they try and steal from the working class. The tea party is done and the republicans are imploding on themselves. The county is against them as well.
Freedom will ring true over the Koch's fascist takeover attempt

Scott Walker rightly perceives that public education is a waste of money. After all his and his friends children don't need public education. They can go to exclusive private schools to be prepared to be the next generation of Aristocrats that own the country. The tax money saved by these people can be better used to buy the next, and all thereafter, elections to protect their privilege.
