You are incorrect
Child Pornography legal definition of Child Pornography. Child Pornography synonyms by the Free Online Law Dictionary.

Child porn has also been deemed things like computer generated images of children, not human.. That would not consist of child rape, as its a computer image, child exploitation, and there is no child, and its not child abuse, and no children were abused..

How nice of you.. but hey, what if someone else feels the same way about "gays"? And no, I'm not saying gays are anyway involved in pedophilia, pornography etc, I'm saying you dont like people who look at porn and think they should be immediately killed.. Others dont like gays and think they should be immediately killed. Where do you set the limit and decide those who deserve death? Do we take a poll daily?

You are not getting my drift.

Of course, if you start with a false belief for your foundation, you will always arrive at the wrong location. Last time I checked, the Department of Justice statistics showed that only about 15% of sex offenders ever re-offended.

Sex offender therapy programs that focus on behavior modification have success rates that reduce recidivism to as low as 2%.

I agree. They need to be put to death.

Police Blotter: Is computer-generated pornography illegal? - CNET News

A computer generated image has no victim, there was no child rape, no child abuse, no child exploitation, but its still illegal and a crime as pornography.

If a child was involved then one of those items you listed would be included, but pornography does exist even if there is no victim.. (i.e. not a real child involved)

It's like I said before. Sex offenders have one of the lowest, if not lowest, recidivism rates for their crimes. The vast majority of sex offenders ar ementally disturbed because they were sexually abused themselves. They need counseling and behavior modification, not to rot in a jail cell and to be ostracized by the community.

I also find it ironic that a lot of conservatives that are for so-called freedom, find delight in contemplating Shariah-esque punishments for sex offenders, and criminals in general.

I support a thorough attempt to rehabilitate sex offenders. Some people can modify their behavior and realize what they have done. But other people are broken and can't/won't be fixed. Fewer sex offenders on the street = fewer victims. I think our tolerance for these types of criminals is way too high.

Computer generated child "porn" indeed has victims.

This type of smut only feeds scumbags desire to hurt children.

Show me evidence that computer generated child "porn" prevents or cuts down on sexual crimes on children and you MIGHT have a point.

I never said that computer generated child "porn" should not be illegal and is not wrong.

Not that regulated is it. The Internet, is a breathing ground, for those that are into Porn of children. Child Pornography as sick, and sad as it many be, is a big business. Actually i find those who are into child Porn, a severely sick individual, who i would love to get my hands on, no problems at all, i would have a fied day with them. If you can think it, it is out there on the Intenet. If there were no sick people out there into child porn, there would be no business for it would there.
Men who are into child porn, are just sick, twisted, ignorant, mental type of people, yep i would have no problem being in a room with one of these individuals. That is my principle, sick those who are into child porn, and sticking to it.
