Perhaps someone could enlighten me, as it is confusing. Nearly every week, there is an article in our local newspaper concerning the arrest of someone who has in thier possession downloaded child porn from the internet.
I am a little ignorant, but how in the hell is this stuff available "to download" in the first place! I am a little surprised that these sources, where ever they may be, are not shut down and banned in the first place. Is this not illegal to create and dispense? If made outside of the US, how can this still not be blocked?

Because Law Enforcement "can't stop crime" , they control crime by placing criminal in jail ....
How nice of you.. but hey, what if someone else feels the same way about "gays"? And no, I'm not saying gays are anyway involved in pedophilia, pornography etc, I'm saying you dont like people who look at porn and think they should be immediately killed.. Others dont like gays and think they should be immediately killed. Where do you set the limit and decide those who deserve death? Do we take a poll daily?
I said those who exploit/rape/abuse children....Your post suggests that I mean that porn watchers (in general) should be immediately killed. That's not what I said...but if it's people watching child porn, then my answer is yes. Not even touching the gay comment..as you said it's irrelevant and a silly assumption.

Porn is for people who can't or don't know how to ''make love'' the only time that "I was into ADULT PORN was 2006-07 when I was having serious problems in my marriage.I noticed that porn was totally different from the 1978 brand that I sampled for a couple of weeks while I was in the Military..it was the Violent Humiliating To WOMEN porn and COVERT CHILD PORN '''such as EXPLOITED BLACK TEENAGER'' where they use (18) (years old) women who LOOK 8 to 12 YEARS OLD...and are LEGAL in as much as they meet the AGE LIMIT FOR PORN STARS , but when you look at it...it's definitily CHILD PORN. I do believe that child porn (when it really does occur) is a problem, but in many cases, efforts to crack down on it get out of hand. The FBI wrongfully has closed down thousands of sites before because they believed they were involved in child porn. It reminds me of the George Carlin bit about people placing a lot of emphasis on children to get legislations and regulations passed. Or as he put it:
"They want to censor you, and take your drugs away, all in the name of protecting kids."

It's child porn, why, exactly?
(a) because you don't think the current age limit is appropriate, or
(b) because you view the superficialities of that adults appearance as being something nefarious and criminal, just because heaven forbid a person looks younger than they are (something many people usually find to be a beneficial quality, only hoping that they could be so lucky to age that gracefully),
(c) or is it because you think it's designed to be targeted towards people who like younger looking persons.... which then still begs the question how you remotely think it is child porn, since the person is an adult, regardless of their superficial appearance?

Yeah, I'm sure that black teenage you speak of was "exploited." They definitely were either holding a gun to her head, or picked her up out of a homeless camp and 'forced' her to take pictures because she had "no other options in life," or otherwise "tricked" her and took advantage of her naivety, because as we all know, eighteen year old adults can't make informed decisions and consent. In fact, I think all sex for those under 21 must be made illegal. Better make it 25 or 30, just to be safe. You have convinced me, thank you for making us see the light.

These people deserve to die. They are the lowest of the low. If I ever saw anyone harm a child I would beat them to a pulp. I was in the mall last year and some ghetto fat pig and her boyfriend were treating their child like crap. The guy smacked the child full force blow to the back of his head! I immediately ran up to that guy,grabbed him by the neck and choked him violently. Thankfully there were witnesses who saw what happened, so we called the cops who then called child protective services. My wife consoled the child who was only 5 and said that "His mama and boyfriend hit him all the time"! If I was allowed to I would have adopted that boy right there to save him from a life of misery!
