That is pure BS. The killing alone will do all of that. A picture won't.

Right call. The fact that the majority of people in this country wanted them released shows just how far America has degenerated.

Those radical terrorists hate America and Americans. They did before Osama was dead and they do now. They don't care about a stupid photo. IF ANYTHING, the news media coverage of Americans cheering in the streets on Sunday night would have been more than enough to trigger these people (if they needed it). A photo ain't gonna do it.

For all we know they were looking at obama's approval ratings.....

How do we know what they were looking at?

Default Nonsense, better if we didn't show a picture.

I'd rather they not because it will cause our military lots more deaths. The picture would recruit more people. It would inflame things more.

It's good they killed him in person, got the pictures and DNA, but we can always show the evidence to the UN or individuals without making it all public.

Yeah we got him, could you imagine that we didn't and you get videos of Obama talking about the military operation that missed him or who won Dancing with the Stars?

We got him and it is better if we don't see the picture, though I have seen it and it is brutal.

What do you mean no? You said it yourself. You said the LOOK on their faces when they were watching the live feed was all you needed for proof. Silly....

The left will excuse *anything* this fool does. It's absolutely hilarious the two-faced nature and hypocrisy of the left.

There's a couple of sides to this thing. Yes, it could indeed have a backlash effect that our troops would likely feel most keenly. On the other hand, even other countries have said they need to be released given the circumstances of OBL's burial as well.

Looking at what we have done in the past, we usually release the photos (Saddam's sons, for example). Perhaps it is a matter of timing in this case and they may be realeased later? But, I must admit the very first thing that came to my mind when I heard this was that Obama must love to have conspiracy theories pop up against him. Because, quite frankly, the conspiracy theory nuts are going to go crazy over this.
