She suggested that special offices could be set up to provide concubines in the same way as domestic staff recruitment agencies currently provide housemaids.

They already treat their domestic servants (mainly Christian women from the Philippines) little better than slaves. I suppose this was just the next step. I wonder how much a sex slave goes for these days? I think they used to cost less than a good camel, back in the day in Arabia.
