Some are clueless how close it really is.

The only thing propping up the house of cards is a printing press on full speed.

His information about a lack of exceess Saudi oil capacity is totally false.

It's a nice opinion piece but that's all it is.

Well we are currently operating under the rule of Bernanke's thesis paper on how the Great Depression "could" have been avoided if they did x and y.

We're finding out if his thesis is going to pan out.
I hope he got an "A" on it.

You are so darn right, and those who fail to see it, are only kidding themselves. A very good friend of mine who has a very high banking position, told me in Aug or Sep, of last year, of what was yet to happen. He told me things i will not repeat, to get me ready i know.

He said we have not experienced the tip of the iceberg yet, but when it comes it will hit hard. He was right, the housing criris, still exists, we still have unemployment, this economy is not getting better as the dems say but weaker. Most of us can see what is happening, and those that do not, can live in their pretend world.

Too big to fail banks are a systematic risk to the US financial system? Clearly this calls for tax cuts and deregulation of the financial industry.
