Never did. That is an ole SC saying(not so ole I heard it in the 80's from a SC business man.) Just trying to show the mentality of the business class in SC.
This company produces a very low value added product so has to minimize the shipping costs of its raw materials and finished products. South Carolina on a railroad line makes sense.
