Well I got to page 4 and saw that no Republican has answered the question.
Typical Responses Are:
1. They are carrying the burden and paying most of the taxes (lie)
2. They are a business and this will trickle down (people aren't corporations and corporations aren't people)
3. Ignore the question and attack the poor once again.
If your neighbor got a credit card and ran up a huge balance, even though you warned them it was foolish and could hurt them in the long term, what would you and your wife be ready to sacrifice to pay the balance down?

First of all, I'm a woman. Furthermore, you still haven't answered the question. Why should the burden always fall on the poor? In another thread, someone feels bad for doctors because they are not receiving the money from Medicaid and Medicare that they used to. This is a sacrifice, yet the same people who want to get rid of social programs and the minimum wage feel bad for doctors because they may have to skip the trip to Europe next year.

The burden does not fall on the poor. Never has.
Doctors should get paid whatever the market will bear. I find it ironic that public union employees defend their salaries, yet moan about doctor pay. Your average GS14 employee earns about the same as your average GP physician.
Specialists make more, of course, but your average family doctor makes $125 to $150K. Lots of plumbers and trades earn that. The richest area in the nation is the DC area. More people earning over $100K than anywhere in the nation.
To answer your question, the rich and corporate america should sacrifice by paying taxes. Oh wait, they already do.

You didn't answer her question with the correct answer though.
