My representative who is in his first year is not owned by any of those people. I take part in his telephone town halls about every two weeks and find him to be a breath of fresh air as far as what he believes compared to what the establishment Republicans believe. I am sure there are some more of the freshman class who are honest people.
I didn't really like my man when he represented me in the state legislature but sure do now.
Pulling a nice strawman argument in favor of Perry Bo Berry. But Perry Bo Berry Banana Fanna Fo Fairy did not do anything good for Texas or America. And putting anything into God's hands isn't going to help with anything.
Name a presidential candidate....from either party....who has denied a belief in God. You won't be able to name one, including the Black Messiah himself, Barack Obama.
I, for one, don't believe you have really analyzed your own statements for truth. Either that, or you just don't vote at all.
I think you are trying to talk sense to an atheist and it just won't work.
Speaking to Texas evangelicals on the run up Rick Perry's big tent meeting;
"Our country's broke. Well actually Washington's broke," he said. "It's in jeopardy because of taxes; it's in jeopardy because of regulation; it's in jeopardy because of a legal system that's run amuck. And I think it's time for us to just hand it over to God and say, "God, You're going to have to fix this."

How many believe God actually micromanages what happens on earth? Does he just toss off a tsunami when he gets a little bored? Send airplanes into buildings when he thinks we're getting a bit rambunctious? Send a town destroying tornado just to see what'll happen? There's a huge difference between believing in the existence of God and believing everything, big or small, that occurs is his work.

I think the Bible says somewhere that even satan believes in God.
So if that's true, then it's not just enough to believe. Aisi.
