Well that would save 1.3 trillion. Wonder what the dems will do in the senate? Oh nothing like they always do. So again we see some folks trying to get the ball rolling but a wall stands in the way.

"On a party line vote, the Republican-led House Foreign Affairs Committee voted to ban funding in next year's budget for Obama's initiative to support poor nations in adapting to climate change or pursuing clean energy.
But the measure's future is uncertain as other committees also have jurisdiction over climate funding including in the Senate, where Obama's Democratic Party is in control.
Representative Connie Mack, a Republican from Florida, said he proposed the funding cut as "we have to prioritize US tax dollars." Jean Schmidt, a Republican from Ohio, questioned if human activity was causing climate change.
Democrats attacked the move. Representative Howard Berman, the top Democrat on the committee, said it would cut off funding for vulnerable populations that are already feeling the effects of climate change."

Let's see . .. what was that report that came out recently- that there is no longer any large body of water in China that is unpolluted? Maybe we should be sending money to them, too, to help them clean up the mess they have made running the factories that took all our jobs.

That's one way to defund the Gore based UN carbon tax/carbon trade ponzi scheme agenda!

The house has been doing a pretty good job of doing what their voters put em there to do. Nothing is getting out of the senate is the problem. Dirty Harry just sits on it all.

I'm glad the GOP is defeating this climate change bill. Climate change is a farce of a religion like Scientology
