If spending was the cure then collapse would never have happened under Bush.

If spending was the cure the first two years of spending, when Obama and his party was totally in control of the government, should have never experienced unemployment over 8% as promised.

On one hand they post that the TP is dead in the water.

Then post stupid things like this.

This current collapse of our economy was caused by the massive stupid mistakes by one Barry Obama and his two sidekicks named Nancy and Harry.

This current economy has NOTHING to do with the TP.

This is Obamas economy and belongs to no one else.

800 billion dollars stolen from us taxpayers by Obamacrap and you have the nerve to lay blame.

I though it took more then 7 months to impact something. This is what the robots said when Obama took office is to give him more time. Almost 3 years later do you still want him to have more time.

He does, he is a goner come a year from January. Thank goodness.

Wow- No, here is what has brought us to the brink of depression. I guess you do not realize that the conservatives are trying to save you and the rest of the nation from the destructive policies of the left-

1. The "fair housing" policies, which led to the accumulation of subprime mortgages, which destroyed the finance industry and precipitated the great recession.

2. Uncontrolled federal spending which has amassed more debt during Obama and the previous democratic congress than all other presidents in US history combined.

3. A rash of new regulations which has strapped US buisness and reduced our competitiveness.

4. Opposition to domestic energy production and refining, which has increased energy costs, kept unemployment up, and made us vunerable to our enemies.

5. Support of the unions instead of the American worker.

6. Implementation of NAFTA and China most favored nation trade status under Clinton, which destroyed manufacturing and thus the middle class.

7. Unfettered support for the trial lawyer's association, who have been able to systematically gut and loot US buisness through class action suits.

8. Failure to cut corporate taxes to make the US more appealing to international industry.

9. Sacking buisness with additional expenses of Obamacare when there is already tremendous uncertainty about future expenses.

Thank the left for economic woes. The good news- Obama and the democratic senate will be gone in 2013 and prosperity will return with a few years.

The Democrats were free to do whatever they wanted for two full years and controlled the entire Congress for the two years before that. Now that they have emptied their bag of Keynesian tricks and the result has been complete and unqualified failure, they are clueless as to how to proceed. They fully realize the *** whippin' they received in 2010 is just a small taste of what awaits them in 2012. So what can they do except blame anyone and everyone for their failure?

First, one must remember that the exact opposite was the case during the first 6 years of the Bush Administration when Republicans did have the majority; however, as stated above, did not have a fillabuster-proof majority...Dems blocked all the numerous requests President Bush sent to Congress to "clean up" Fannie May and Freddie Mac to avert the housing crash which anyone with an ounce of sense could see coming. So, when using one's brain to actually engage rationality, one can see that it was the foolishness and/or stupidity of the Democrats that led to the housing crash. Then remember it was Jimmy Carter that started this everyone-is-entitled-to-a-house-whether-they-pay-the-mortgage-payment-or-not foolishness with his very stupid legislation creating same and BO jumpng aboard the same stupidity with his "community service" crap and "redistribution of wealth" idiocy! Many more either jumped aboard or just, unfortunately, let it happen, but then they didn't become President...thank heavens!

Second, what is there about the fact that Republicans have tried their best to stop "Obama Care" which is utter disaster, tried to stop the horrible and very stupid spending, etc., etc. When people in our Congress try to stop something that is very wrong, that does not make them "uncompromising." That makes them smart and dedicated to their principles, plus acknowledging and knowing that legislation that is wrong must be stopped.

Third, for the umpteenth time, never compromise on what is right, never compromise on what is wrong and "ONLY" compromise on something is is neither right nor wrong. I applaud anyone and everyone who has the guts to stand up for what is right, especially when they are in the minority. Those are the people we should admire, vote into office and put in charge of the government of the United States under the US Constitution.
