It is all a crap shoot, anyway. No one really knows what will happen next - I just base my decisions on history and what I feel works best for my particular circumstances.

Yeah, I agree with that. My grandparents lost their assets when the market crashed in 29. They would not use banks at all after that! They literally kept cash in a can in the back yard. Really.
It's down almost 500 now. This could be 2008 all over again.
