Yes I do. This is not 2006 anymore. All the TARPs, bailouts, QEs, and now this horrible debt deal have changed the political landscape.

If someone believes in what the tea party stands for there is no way they will be satisfied just because a politician has an (R) in front of their name. If you label yourself a conservative you need to govern like one as well.

I couldn't disagree more. All of the mess we are in now is due to compromise and the spirit of bipartisanship. In fact I sense a growing bipartisan hatred of bipartisanship.

I'd love for the 2012 to become a referundum on bipartisanship. Your non bipartisanship faction would be slaughtered. Most want our leaders to work together toward common goals to further common interests.

You cannot compromise your principles!

That is what has gotten us into the Cr@p that we are now in!

Would you have "compromised" with Adolph Hitler?
How about Castro, Chavez, Bin Laden?

You either Stand for something or .. You stand for Nothing!

I know the question that You want to ask before you ask it .. Do I consider ANY of our 'leaders' to be in a category like the one's above?

The simple answer is .. Yes!

Who?

I'll let You figure that one out!

You mean how Bush's grandpoppy "compromised" with the Nazis by helping them get access to American funds and at the same time make the Bushes a bit richer?

Actually I didn't have any question to ask. If everyone stood on principle then nothing would get done. Yes we all have principles but most should know when it's in the best interest to compromise for the good for all.

The thing about being a liberal is that we pick our enemies with precision. We know who the bad guys are. They are the ones who write crap like this. You don't care about your country, you only care about winning an argument. You want the people with the opposite view to...suffer because they have a different view? You and those like you are the real danger to this country. For you, not sharing the same view expressed in the same terms is tantamount to war.

Funny thing is when I talk to my relative who's a Fox-watching hardcore rightwing conservative, we both AGREE that our goals are the same. It's our methods that differ, nothing else. Is that too difficult for you to accept or will your head explode?

I have been posting for a long time that the TP is larger then the radicals who follow Obama.

The TP is growing and the radicals are shrinking.

I don't think so. The problem I have with the TP is social issues. If they want smaller government fine but leave abortion and gay marriage alone. I don't think they were voted into office for that yet that seems to be what they want to peruse.
