Bascailly I have mnay firends wo now are goig foreign that work on oil rigs;so I tyhnik much of the damage is done. likely therig will not be moved back until a change i ploicy by different adminsitratio comes forth. Eight years eve is a short time in prodcutio really.I the meqantime we have project to import more and more oil o the gulf coast to new refinery projects.its all just business really;but it means more out flow to foreign countries.
