I don't. But this link talks about it. He won the other law suit. Lost this one first time around. You can probably Google it if interested.
See below. It's the same lawsuit...

Because the lawyer wants to establish a new right, the right of students to not be offended.
The teacher makes it quite clear what happens in the classroom. The Sheeple in history will be get outwardly called Sheeple. He doesn't pussyfoot around and doesn't seem too fond of political correctness.
Hmmm, I'll try this again.
When someone is approaching this topic, a retort such as the above is of course a form of mockery.
There is nothing open-minded about someone discussing this topic and having the above reaction.
I find such reactions to the topic quite disgusting.
This of course also relates to the teacher's reactions on such a topic.
A good first step. I think teachers should be required to mock Christianity in class. It's a disgusting, immoral, and sinful lifestyle and should be routinely discouraged.
There are three responses in the post you quoted. Which one are you referring to?

Are you referring to the post as a whole when you made this response or the individual parts of the post that are in response to different posts?

That is mockery.
Perhaps it could be explained how "Sheeple" is an endearing term instead.

"Corbett has been involved in at least two prior court cases as a Capistrano Valley High teacher. In 1993, he was named in a lawsuit brought by colleague John Peloza, a biology teacher who challenged Capistrano Unified's mandate to teach evolutionary theory."
"Corbett was listed in the suit as one of the defendants with a "class-based animus against practicing Christians" who attempted to "force" Peloza to teach evolution through "harassment and intimidation." A trial court and an appeals court ruled against Peloza, although the appeals court said the complaint was "not entirely frivolous" and awarded attorney fees to Peloza."

Quite honestly, if he's a biology teacher, and refuses to teach evolution, then he's got no business teaching biology.

Sheeple will be called sheeple. A spade will be called a spade. A stupid decision will be called stupid. A good decision will be called good. An honest man will be called honest.
That is how Corbett teaches his class.
No political correctness.
And if somebody has a different viewpoint, he implores them to not just speak their mind, but to prove and defend their viewpoint. That's the point of the class - to learn history through discussion and debate.
And he sounds like a helluva teacher.
