Huh? Ok, please point out what issues (other than the obvious) you have with the 8/12 video, which shows the person interviewed in the OPs video.
Clearly the OPs video is from 8/12, the person interviewed in the OPs video was part of a protest. Businesses don't allow protesters in their buildings. Not to hard to follow, even for you.

Just a trace amount(per official records) but none the less the poster who is trying to put all these videos on the same day and same instance isn't working and can't.
Exactly.....as I said, I was in the downtown area at that time, I recognized it immediately, (I'm a native St Louisian) and knew there was something wrong....the trace amounts are from the airport 20 miles away, there was no rain downtown on 8/12, there wasnt any rain downtown til 8/16, when a huge thunderstorm rolled through about 3:30 in the afternoon.
I got caught in the storm.

Shore, the rain was all the way up at the airport in north St Louis County on 8/12, 20 miles away.
There was no rain downtown at Bank of America Plaza that day.
