Ok to recap for you. Originally you claimed there was no rain that day, your own link shows you are wrong. The person interviewed in the OPs link is also shown in a video from 8/12 wearing the exact same clothes down to a distinctive cap. The videos are clearly from the same day.
My link clearly states there was no rain that day. A poster who was in downtown STL that very day has confirmed NO rain.
The clothes excuse isn't valid some people wear the same thing over and over after laundering. I have friends, neighbors and customers who wear the same ball cap day after day. We even had a neighbor once who wore the same exact thing every single day. So, once again....you have nothing!
Shore, the rain was all the way up at the airport in north St Louis County on 8/12, 20 miles away.
