Just ship them off to Disneyworld and let them ride "It's a Small World" about 20 times.
That should "fix them" eh ?

Had no idea that our theme parks had a "white" theme to them. I thought they were just theme parks He;s just a toadie trying to justify his salary, like all those quangos who work for the British government.

But actually - there's plenty of Latino themed sites in California. In Florida it makes sense. But would it be as relevant to have them in Ohio or Idaho, Wyoming? I doubt it.

They need to leave well enough alone.

I'm sure they won't stop till Caesar Chavez day is a national holiday.
Not sure about Ohio, but for sure Wyoming and Idaho seeing as they were part of the Mexican territory before being taken over during Mexican Cession in 1848.

Oh, yeah, Wyoming and Idaho were just full of Mexicans before being taken over. A Cantina on every corner, and the rich Mexican culture just flowing in the streets.

Do we have records of the historic hispanic population of the United States?

Considering we were 90% White until the 1970s, what history and heritage are we exactly supposed to have? They haven't been here very long and when we acquired the Southwest after the U.S-Mexican war, something like 50,000 people were living in the entire territory.

Nope. California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas were technically Mexico before the Mexican war, but that's about it. There was a good Mexican presence in New Mexico (Santa Fe) and California, some remote mines in Utah, Arizona and Colorado, and Father Escalante's expedition made it as far North as Utah Lake in the 18th century, but that was it.

If it is about learning Latino culture then the theme park can not be for Latino's but those of other cultures. For example if I wanted to go and learn of the homeless culture I would be better off just going to Skid Row not the Homeless Theme Park.

If it is for Latino's then it is about having a park for themselves - ususally kids do not go there to learn anything they go there to have fun and get the food, candy, rides, games, etc., and in this case without whity and his themes irritating them . Of course they need the cultural learning facade to get there own park. Is it private or Government funded?

Obviously Salizar doesn't know how to recognize the National Parks with the theme he seeks as they already exist.
