How dare anyone, ever say "Happy Holidays" ever. John Wayne didn't kill all those Germans and Japs back in WWII(on film) so that some spinless jellyfish seventy years later could say "Happy Holidays," instead of "Merry Mothereffin' Christmas!"

It seems that Perry failed the litmus test of supporting Christmas.
rotflmao... It takes away the focus of WHAT? ask most kids what the meaning of christmas is, (And even some adults), and you won't even hear the name Jesus, you're gonna hear santa claus and gifts..
The commercialization of christmas has done more harm than saying, "Happy Holidays".
Or maybe he's just trying to be inclusive of all people, not just the 1 religion that celebrates christmas.
If I hadn't seen that bomb of an ad earlier this week, I might have believed that.
