Yeah SourD just like there isn't any inflation denying a Cost of living allowance for 3 years...well we will get one at the first of the year and it was not the usual $20 to $30 dollars a month it is close to $120 someone has either fudged the inflation numbers,calculated wrong or were hiding the facts.

Before any of you give credit to the Obama administration this has more to do with FDR the RR Act and RRB but I will take an extra $104.00 from Uncle Sam.... take my wife out to dinner just don't know where I'am to get the $21.00 tip?

Well Congress seems to think otherwise. The topic of tax reform isn't even on the table. It isn't even in the room.

They seem quite content with cherry picking.

I think we should tax for lobbying. Oh, wait, I guess we do have the "bribe" tax. The money spent on fine dinning and motorboats, etc. Congress gets that directly. I wonder if they donate it to the deficit? lol
