To answer the thread question. I think children should be taught the truth. Homosexuality, like it or not, occurs throughout the animal kingdom to which homosapiens are part of. To teach anything else (a lie) would be indoctrinating.

No, I let them grow up and make their own decision on it.
Not one of my four kids has ever asked me about homosexuality...

Why do they have to be taught? Schools do the gay indoctrination for me.

It's no more important to most gays and lesbians than it is to heterosexuals.

So why do discussions of homosexuality by straight people always involve lot's of talk "gay sex" or "what two consenting adults do in the bedroom"?

The gays really don't have anything to worry about. If the above verse is true, virtually the entire human race is going to hell, as most things listed are acts most people are guilty of, no matter how big or how small (hence the term "wrongdoers"). According to most Christians I know, if gays confess their sins the same way every other person in the above mentioned groups do, they will be redeemed in the end.

People can quote Leviticus all they want. It seems silly to do so considering the context. It seems these types of dillemas are left to mankind and science to decipher. In the end, what does it really matter whether something is natural or not, unless someone is worried about where they will end up in the afterlife from a religious standpoint?
