I've said tons of things that are positive about black people, you haven't been here long enough to make any of the statements you've made unless you've been banned and came back under a new name.

What's so bad about that? Basically he's telling blacks to demand jobs over being dependent on the government for their welfare. Nothing racist about that at all. Some black leaders have said similar things over the years.
I dont understand why he didn't say that to all voters? Why did he inject race into his statement?
Everything he/she says about black Americans is always negative? He/she said positive things about his/her black friends.
I don't think he/she said that the average black person is on welfare or unemployed, merely that a higher percentage of black people are compared to white people.

Again, please stop looking down on people who come from underpriviledged backgrounds. You really do not give a damn about those people. Are you offering a helping hand to better those communities? No, you're not. And there are many reasons why some don't graduate from high school and it has nothing to do with just being 'lazy' and 'dumb'.
but, if you're not going to say anything productive and delve into the problem to figure out WHY they are that way and what can be done than just worry about what your own children are doing.

You shouldn't even comment on what a black person should be doing..you have no sympathy so why bother? why even continue this discussion? It doesnt affect you.. What your taxes? You will still be paying taxes.? taxes have been here since Mesopotamia. What crime? crimes happens everywhere even in the rural white america that is 99.9% white that so happens stay out of the spot light.
I know about the percentage of the population, at least blacks have an excuse because of centuries of denial of opportunities and opression, its your Republican white trash ilk which lives off of food stamps and whines about "big gummint" and has no excuse to be living off of food stamps.
