The majority of American people voted for him and apparently feel that he deserves it.
That should be "felt he deserved it." But that's beacuse they were falsely sold on his Change rhetoic. By mid-term, the majority were voting against him.

Yet he is still ahead of any Republican in the polls. At this point Republicans need the majority of Independent votes to win while Democrats only need half to win. While some of you may think this disrespect and tacky behavior is gaining votes, it is actually doing the opposite. It may fire up the Tea Party and the old angry racists who still can't accept the fact that he's POTUS, but it also fires up the Democrat base and pushes people farther to the left including some Independents. Keep campaigning for the POTUS this way and he will be guaranteed a win, this is probably why he is able to keep his cool in the face of all this hatred, scrutiny and disrespect.

Obama was a rude jerk for walking away while Gov. Brewer was still talking.
No, she was the rude jerk and he did the right thing by removing himself from the abuse and disrespect she was flinging on him.
Really, the more I look at that picture, the more I think she was thisclose to actually assaulting our president. I'm not so sure that if he hadn't walked away, that finger of hers wouldn't have made contact with his face.
But I guess that would have been ok - the white woman putting the black guy "in his place."
