just so that we are all crystal clear:
we have no idea if there is/isn't any hospital records. by hawaiian privacy laws they can not be released to a third party. most likely they do not exist. all states only require hospitals to maintain OB/GYN records till a few years after the child turns 18 ( the longest i have found is 5 years ). it is unlikely to find the hospital birth records of any 50 year old in any state.

NBC has sunk to a new low. When last Thursday's hearings on Obama's Georgia access ballot challenge were over, NBC interviewed Bill Bryan who runs the pro Obama website called Fogbow. He goes by the poster name 'Foggy' on the site. Fogbow is a website of radical Marxist Obama followers and liberal progressive attorneys who's goal is to help cover for Obama's ineligibility. These type of people have one goal , and that is to employ 'Saul Alinsky' marginalization tactics against anyone or any entity who factually exposes the truth about Obama's ineligibility to meet Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. So far it hasn't worked as these court proceedings have shown.
As we all now know, Barack Obama is not a natural born Citizen because his father was a British subject. That made Barack Obama Jr have allegiance to the British Crown at birth. That is something the founders at the framing of our Constitution simply wished to avoid in a future president. After all, they had just finished fighting the British for their (and our) independence. To remedy the situation of taking a chance of having a future president with ties to a foreign sovereignty, the founders changed the presidential clause from Citizen to natural born Citizen, born to two U.S. Citizen parents which in effect would ensure only sole allegiance to America at birth.
All of this makes you wonder about the people to this day who refuse to respect the founders original intent when framing the Constitution, especially concerning the presidency. Those people who disrespect the founders original intent pertaining to the presidency are Bill Bryan and his loyal faithful servants at the Fogbow. It is apparent with their actions that they want to continue with their quest to help Barack Obama continue to subvert the Constitution, namely Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5. In the NBC interview, Bill Bryan states that he is 'fighting the madness'. He thinks the madness has been created by pro Constitutionalists with their attempts to prevent a Constitutionally ineligible candidate from being on state ballots. In essence, the real madness comes from a type of people such as Bill Brian and his submissive followers at the Fogbow (along with their Marxist ideology ) trying to block and disrupt this noble lawful effort. It is unpatriotic, un American, and with NBC interviewing him, it's total madness.

the only evidence submitted of obama's place of birth was hawaii ( the copy of the COLB ) and it was never objected or argued during the entire hearing. never once did any of the attorneys claim the president was born anywhere other than hawaii.
That would prove he is a native born citizen, not a natural born citizen.
Jablonski didn't have to. Because it was already submitted by the first two plaintiffs who admitted that the document was indeed valid. Thereby proving to the court, that Obama was indeed born in Hawaii.

§ 24-14-22. (Effective January 1, 2013) Presumption from failure to produce evidence
If a party has evidence in such party's power and within such party's reach by which he or she may repel a claim or charge against him or her but omits to produce it or if such party has more certain and satisfactory evidence in his or her power but relies on that which is of a weaker and inferior nature, a presumption arises that the charge or claim against such party is well founded; but this presumption may be rebutted.

There have been over 100 of these bogus cases against Obama. If he had been physically present at each and every one, he would be unable to perform his duties.

Sarah Palin was slammed with dozens of ethics lawsuits after she returned to Alaska from the 08 election forcing her to step away from her duties as Governor of Alaska in order for her and her staff to attend countless depositions and court hearings. It prevented her from being able to serve due to the countless hours of attending these lawsuits which in the end she had to make a decision to step down. When she did the ethics lawsuits stopped but also in the end, they were all dismissed as frivolous. So in essence, you libs can's sit here and b*tch about tax payers money being wasted or tying up the courts when your own people did the same thing to Palin.
