Contrail/Chemtrail morons fail to realize, that is the govt (or nameless entity from a sub plot in a Hollywood movie) is spraying the sky with whatever "mind control" or whatever chemicla they believe it is, how are those who are behind it, protected from these "sprays".

In fact, U.S. law, approved by Congress, allows chemical and biological testing on the populace. (see PUBLIC LAW 105–85—NOV. 18, 1997 111 STAT. 1915)
The truth of the matter is that the illegitimate government comprised of new world order puppet cronies openly knows that they have passed bills approving bioweapons testing on the American populace – period.

According to documents I witnessed on a table in area 52 this was being sprayed to knock out the fisherman and the inhabitants around the lake just before test vehicle A9743FB broached the surface of the water.
