Isn't home schooling starting to sound pretty good?

Speaking of 'graphic content', I bet those parents wouldn't have a problem with a 14 year old reading the whole Bible.

Anybody who believes that a modern day 14 year old has not seen every sexual position imaginable on the internet is living in a dream world.

Where do these people come from? It's NOT 1950 anymore.

Who didn't study Chaucer in school. The Canterbury Tales contained many a sexual deviance.

Not only that, the father states his 14 year old daughter knows the basics about sex, but doesn't know "the details about masturbation". Uh, yeah, right, dad. She isn't going to tell you what she's doing in her bedroom.

Oh please! thinking it isn't bad but is good for fourteen year olds is nuts.

Just because movies and society have gotten more immoral does not mean it's good for fourteen year olds.

"Graphic/Explicit" is not necessary to simply make sure by that age that they know how their bodies and the opposite sex's works.

Modesty is still an honorable trait and yes, believe it or not this world does still have modest fourteen year olds.

To become as explicit as some books have become is to, in reality be trying to encourage desire in them, not simply educate.

There's no excuse for it and were it my fourteen year olds, NOPE, would not happen.

True about some girls, absolutely false about others.
Funny how some people think that all fourteen year olds, etc...are the same about things like this. Not at all true.

Agreed.

[the internet is way more graphic than any book you're going to read]

It sounds like an inaccurate assumption is being made here. Because the internet has more graphic things than this book, we assume then this is suggesting that the book is okay?

Just because something is available online does not mean that someone is going to seek and choose to view it.
