Its always good to learn and pick up different American accents because someday you might need it. because of bwimg around different ethnic groups in nyc I can speak 4 different nyc accents. Clinton connected well with blacks because of his accent and also church and also fatty hamburgers.

He talks this way because he is desperate to sell himself to them as anything other than the whitest rich guy in America. But this is pretty much normal for all politicians, I suppose.
