you are making the claim thus in the our legal system works is unless you provide proof then they are Innocent until proven Guilty..
that is how is works wither you provide the proof and I mean Real Evidence that to back up your calims.
otherwise all you have do is speculate and that is not evidence and your claims and case would be dimissed and thrown out of court due to lack real evidece.
I mean if us C&D posters are the jury then you are doing a bad job trying to comnvince us...You have a lack proof so I would have a verdict of not Guilty due to lack insufficient evidence to back up your claims.....Case Closed
Mathguy has it Right either show us a copy of the orginal insurance policy from a reputable site that can show that dates, names of the Whitestar line who would of signd it and how just much insurace was taken out on it.
So untol them this is case is closed and will not be Re-opened unless you start to back up your claims with real documents and find some old court papers now online from the either the U.S. or the U.K. investigation of the company and crew memebers that made it off the ship alive that under oath had someone admint took a swtich took place.
So I guess you better go through every single Court document and staements made that just so happens the Orginal records were kept and are open to the public.

I see you're now deflecting to the insurance payout issue ($10 million or $12 million, who cares?) instead of the damning evidence that the ships were switched as part of said insurance scam, among other things.
