You're too much yet in another thread you asserted the validity of the girlfriend on the other end of the phone. Just admit it you can't or won't be objective in regards to this case.

Oh and the witness spoke to police and a television reporter within the first hours of the case. He was included in the first local report.

Obama has helped to fuel the race baiting in this case, which is a pretty clear cut case of a thug who was killed in self defense. Had it been a white kid killed by a black man, it would not have even made the news and would have been considered "buisness as usual".

If there was any question of self defense, of course they would have arrested the guy. The fact that they did not arrest him demonstrates that the police are essentially 100% sure that the shooting was in self defense. Would you expect to be arrested for shooting someone trying to kill YOU?
This is nothing like the Tawana Brawley case. I lived in NY when that occured and remember it quite well.

Brawley "MADE UP" a fake story that some white men raped her and it turned out it was a black stepfather who was the culprit.

There is nothing made up where.

Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin and it wasn't in self defense.

Black people are out of control over this Trayvon Martin incident.

Loyalty To The Race™ apparently is a very strong emotion. Taking this tragedy personally has gone to a whole new level.....for reasons no one can seem to explain.

Racism has not been established. Murder has not been established. Self-defense has not been established. But yet there seems to be tangible evidence that black people have already drawn their own conclusions as to what happened on that fateful day judging from the response and outcry.

Can we expect the same level of indignation over crimes involving dead white children? Heck, i'll even settle for the same level of indignation over black-on-black crime.

Good luck. It sounds as though everybody has already determined in their mind what has happened one way or another and there are a lot of opinions and theories out there being claimed as the truth. There is a lot of crap swirling around in the internet toilet on this one and the waters are very murky. This one is so messed up there is no telling when we will know all of the truths, if that ever happens.

This is not an exercise in mere speculation. We know what would happen in such a case. There would be no white mobs in the street chanting "No justice, no peace!" There would be no whites holding a "million hoodie march" in New York City. There would be no white equivalent of Al Sharpton, the professional race-baiter behind the 1987 Tawana Brawley hoax, leading marches in the streets of the shooter's hometown. There would be no Federal civil rights investigation by the Justice Department. There would be no comments from a president who seems congenitally unable to keep his mouth shut on matters involving left-wing political correctness. And there would be no national media attention from biased, left-wing "reporters."

That's right After the initial news reports you would not hear of it again.

Default Trayvon suspended over marijuana

Depending on your perspective this is a big or little deal. However what's more troubling to me about this is that his English teacher said he was only suspended for 5 days for tardiness, thus she is a liar.

Trayvon suspended over marijuana; thousands expected at rally - Breaking News - MiamiHerald.com

Quote:
SANFORD, Fla -- . Miami Gardens teenager Trayvon Martin was suspended from school because he was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it, the boy’s family attorney has confirmed.
Trayvon was killed while serving out the suspension in Sanford Florida, where his father’s girlfriend lives. A community watch volunteer who thought he looked drugged out and suspicious called police and later wound up in a fight with him.
The two scuffled and volunteer George Zimmerman shot Trayvon, killing him. He has not been charged.

You have you ancestor's to thank for that. Shouldn't have been racist back in the day. If you would have treated us like we were human beings for last 200 years, we wouldn't be having this discussion today.
