Sorry dude, but folks who work as expert witnesses have far more to lose than one payday. You don't risk you or your companies reputation for a quick buck.
as for Owen not being an expert....

Can you please provide a link with sources to how much blood comes out of a front-entrance 9mm wound to the chest? My understanding is that the exit wound is typically much much larger, because of the "jet effect" of all the tissue and bone pushing out the exit wound at high velocity.
Oh, I read it. I always read them and most of the time I read them better than the person who posts them.
So then you know that
"As prestigious as the “New York Institute for Forensic Audio” sounds, there is no such brick and mortar institute. It is actually a “division” of Owen Investigations, LLC. Tom Owen is basically claiming he was an instructor at his own unaccredited university."
And that
"Both Primeau and Owen report that they are credentialed by the American College Forensic Examiners Institute.
Sadly, it turns out there is an entire suite of these “forensics” board sites, on almost any topic you can think of, which all seem to be ran by the same person, a gentleman named Dr. O’Block who claims to have more than a dozen degrees himself."
Mr. Owen also has a B.A. in History from some small school in Kentucky. He's no engineer.
And lying face down makes sense given he was on top of Zimmerman... This isn't Hollywood where a single 9mm blows you back 10 feet. People shot from the front crumple forward all the time.
How could the boy be on top of him when shot? He'd be found lying on his back if he was shot while on top of Zimmerman. If you shot someone in their chest while on top of you, then you'd have to push their dead body off and they wouldn't be found lying on their stomach, they'd be on their back.
If he shot him he'd have the boys blood on his clothing if he was on top of him fighting. There was no blood on Zimmerman at the police station.
So Tom Owen, who has testified in trials in the past as an expert, perpetrated a fraud upon the courts by saying he was an expert when he really wasn't? Owen, a forensic audio analyst, who is chairman emeritus of the American Board of Recorded Evidence, and Primeau as well, an audio engineer, listed as an expert by the American College of Forensic Examiners, are just a couple of guys with audio tape machines who think they know everything?

So, in other words, you believe the Stand Your Ground law covers pursuing someone?
As I have said many times, words have meanings.
1st, 'Stand Your Ground' is a popular name for the law; it's not the title of the law. 2nd, words Do have meaning, which is why the Words of the law, which you've probably never read, don't stop gz from using it as a defense.

Please provide a link with sources to the amount of blood that comes from a 9mm entrance wound. In a lot of gunshots, the majority of the gore is in the exit wound, because of the jet effect from all the internal matter pushing out the exit.
And you don't know he didn't just wiggle out from under him, rather than rolling him over. What an absurd conjecture.

No, what I am saying is that there is a cottage industry of court experts and you can get an expert to say just about anything you want on any number of topics.
The dude is not an engineer, he has a B.A. in history from some no-name college in Kentucky. He boasts about teaching at his own unaccredited school. He also has a clear conflict of interest promoting his expensive software.
