Because they are cars that will be sold in China.

Besides, they'll probably be of higher quality without UAW idiots building them!

Why should Ford build another factory here when the biggest developing market in the world is protected with a 25% tariff? The Chinese are not stupid. They protect their domestic market from imports and encourage companies to build factories to employ Chinese to make products for both export and domestic use.

We should be so smart.

Why put Americans back to work, when the greedy a** CEO can pay slave wages overseas, and doesn't have to abide by the rules and regulations put in place to protect American workers? I mean, come on, we wouldn't want those top execs to not be able to buy yet another private jet, or another condo on the beach.

When you have to compete with a corporate fascist company run by government via proxy, I guess it kind of distorts how you do business.

Speaking of GM, how are their Brazilian plants doing? Do neo-progressives give GM a pass not only because it's indirectly run by the Obama admin, but because Brazil gives an illusion that it's a pro-workers' socialist paradise?
