this is definitely an "us" vs. "them". This incident has plenty of racial overtones. You can try to live in fantasy world, this is the real world. The only justice is if he is in jail.

What about extending some of that "humanity and decency" to the parents and loved ones of Trayvon Martin? After all, he's dead, and the man who killed him - the man who killed him - is still living.
Do I believe that George Zimmerman deserves a fair trial, due process? Yes. But do I give a damn about him otherwise? Hell, no.

How do you figure a person that attacks another is innocent or that a person defending himself from the attack of another needs to pay? From my view the debt was paid when the young man died. IMHO it really doesnt matter what you are doing, if somebody attacks you you have a right to defend yourself in any situation.
You're assumption that Trayvon was the aggressor is unsubstantiated.
Even if Zimmerman had injuries, it does not mean he didn't start the fight, it just means he started a fight he couldn't finish without his gun.
The use of "kid" and "child" in this situation is disingenuous. It's just as disingenuous as when the media profiled TM as being a 13 year old with a Hollister shirt on.
If accuracy is the issue, then technically he's an adolescent. But the media won't use that because it doesn't sound as sexy in the story line. Hence why some are starting to see that there is some bias to this.
If you cant admit he's a kid then forget it. You dont even see his humanity. An adolescent is a kid. Your 17 year old brother sister , niece , nephew is a kid not a adult
or anything like that.
