the scotus is just there to keep the status quo in place. they dont get anything if they keep ruling the feds unconstitutional.

the ones that anointed Bush should resign, making a one time ruling that is not to set precedent is disturbing.

and specially not recusing themselves if they were appointed by Bushes father. what moron does not see a conflict of interest in that decision...
