Excellent article here about this man. He's supposed to be impartial, but represents the right-leaning Roberts contingent that is biased. He needs to resign, enabling the President to put someone in there who is far more capable.
why not have that scotus ***** kagan get out as well. since she had no actual qualifications to be a judge at all. after all she was just an obama patsy and should have never been even submitted to be a judge. better to have donald duck for a scotus judge than to have kagan.

the ones that anointed Bush should resign, making a one time ruling that is not to set precedent is disturbing.
and specially not recusing themselves if they were appointed by Bushes father. what moron does not see a conflict of interest in that decision...
