No - the court invented a "right to privacy" - there is no such thing.

IF you're trying to say that women can't be misogynists than you would be wrong. Women, just like men, can be nasty, hateful, vengeful, jealous .... Anti-Choice/Anti-Women.
You use "woman hater" to describe anyone who opposes abortion. It seems that you want to make the abortion debate a gender war issue - however there are plenty of women who are pro-life. Since in your mind pro-life = woman hater - I wanted to know if you think that pro-life women hate themselves.

If that is not what you think - then it would seem that you should find a better choice of words.

You should really spend some time studying constitutional law. The right to privacy goes back to English common law, which guided many of our current laws. Also, Roe v. Wade didn't establish the right to privacy, that was done some years earlier in Griswold v. Connecticut. In Roe, the court simply reaffirmed and expanded this right.

I don't believe I have called anyone a woman hater. Can you provide a quote showing where I did?

No court can establish a right - rights do not come from government - they can only be secured by government.

I never said that you did - but if you have been following the thread - you know that Who?Me? has - and if you had been paying attention - you would also know that the quote of mine which you said involved faulty reasoning was a response to her posts.

You really should read the thread before making assumptions.
